We understand that inviting a stranger into your loved ones home and spaces can be difficult.

We want to talk with you about your expectations or fears, and answer your questions. 

We will honor your loved one as best we can. 

We treat the estate sale as another step in the process of memorializing who they were.

If you or your loved one(s) need a large home cleared for a big move or downsizing,

the sale can be listed as a 'Moving' or 'Living Estate' sale

We can meet with you in the home, if you're ready, or we can meet anywhere you feel most at ease. 

There is no charge or commitment needed for our first chat.

THE SALE

Prior to any sale, we sort, categorize and organize the items in the home for a boutique style set up.

Our sale weekends are set up to maximize efficiency and shopper experience. 

Our sales give shoppers equal opportunity to "get up early and hunt for treasures!"

We offer fair prices from day 1 of the sale without the traditional staggered pricing model.

NEXT STEPS

When the sale is completed, and we have exhausted all efforts to sell every item,

we will give you several options to clear the home of un-sold items.

 

We will not abandon you at this stage. 

You will not need to make arrangements with another service to dispose of or donate what remains. 

We will ensure that the home is clear. 

We also offer post sale standard or 'Move Out' cleaning services if needed.
